Workout 15

Missed Saturday’s workout.  Slept in to my detriment.  Today’s workout was okay.  Performed all sets.  Form was so so.  Tried out a workout bra I repaired using sugru (https://sugru.com/).  Didn’t work.  The underwire popped out again before I completed the first 10 minutes.  25 minutes, low impact, 188 calories burned (https://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/cbc).
