Today’s workout was better than Monday, but not as good as Wednesday. I’m really torn over the next set. When I’m in the moment, the second set of fast lunges feels like my limit. But a couple of sets later, I feel like I could have advanced to the double-count twists. I may just try it on Monday and if I feel like I’ve pushed things too far, postpone advancing another week. Today’s low-impact workout was much better than Tuesday’s. I focus a bit more on my form and continue to make getting an adequate night’s sleep a priority. My inattentiveness from Tuesday could signal that I’m getting bored with the routine and may need to switch to something else. It would have to be another low-impact workout though. I can’t risk making myself too sore for my high impact workouts. FitBit Calories: 207

Today’s workout was a little sloppy. I just wasn’t paying attention. I missed two transitions, but recovered on the next rep each time. I’m thinking I didn’t get enough sleep. I’ll try to make that a priority this week. Fitbit Calories: 207

This was a good workout, but still more challenging at this point than I would like. I’m starting to doubt my plan to advance next week. The second set of fast lunges feel like a wall, the way the heel-jacks used to. The next set is double-count twists. They’re supposed to be a short rest, so I may advance to them anyway. We’ll see how I feel next week.
Additionally, I’ve bumped up 6 pounds from Thanksgiving. At the same time, my percent of body fat continues to drop! So weird. Fitbit Calories: 124

I’m still working out way later than I would like on weekends. On the plus side, I’m getting really close to mastering that Harvest Dance move. One more weekend and I think I’ll be able to advance to the next class.
Also, something bizarre is happening with my weight and body fat percent stats. I’ve popped up four pounds. This I expected due to the four-day pig out that is Thanksgiving. But my percent of body fat continued to drop. I don’t have a clue why that is. FitBit Calories: 383
