Workout 361

Had another good was workout. Previously I measured my endurance by how many sets I could do before taking it to a jog. That no longer applies now that I’ve been doing the full workout for the last couple of months. I think the new way will be notice which set I start feeling taxed on. I’ll only be doing this for another couple of weeks though. My surgery is scheduled for June 26. I won’t be able to work out for four weeks!!! I am truly dreading coming back from that. I can only hope it doesn’t take too long to build my endurance back up. Fitbit Calories: 127
