Workout 218

This was a rough workout.  A few minutes into the warm-up, I started to feel really sore all over.  My form was okay and I was able to keep up, but it felt like a struggle.  I almost didn’t do this workout this morning because I woke up feeling unrested.  I’m thinking maybe I should have taken another rest day.  I going to focus on my water intake for the rest of the day and maybe that will help.  I might take a couple of acetaminophens before tomorrow’s workout.  FitBit Calories:  241
