Workout 230

I went into this workout a little apprehensive.  The cross punches set marks a place in the workout I have not been able to advance to in the last year.  The workout went well.  Better than I expected.  My form wasn’t as good as on Monday, but the set did not push me beyond my current limit.  I’m hoping that three weeks is enough time to acclimatize and then move on to the next set.  FitBit Calories: 149
